40’s versus 50’s

In my 40’s

  • 2 sessions of cardio a day
  • No weight sessions at all
  • Ate minimal amount of food
  • Was always obsessed about eating the wrong thing
  • Didn’t really like myself

In my 50’s

  • 1 cardio sessions week
  • Love lifting weights
  • Eat a shit load of food
  • Don’t care if I eat something I should’ve have
  • Happiest I ever been

You can change as you get older

I think the most important thing you can change is how you feel about yourself.
